Ashley Marie Powell, Founder and President of So Now What, has an amazing gift for reaching, inspiring, and empowering youth and people of all ages. Her love of people, her infectious smile and articulate speech also serve to present programs for Big Brother Big Sister in Medina County elementary schools, special events at local community centers, and other venues.
Ashley is the recipient of the 2016 ATHENA Young Professionals Award from ATHENA International which honors emerging young women leaders who demonstrate excellence, creativity and initiative in their business, profession and community. She is the recipient of the Leadership Medina 2020 EMERGING LEADER AWARD.
Ashley serves on the Charter Review Commission for the City of Medina, the Medina Youth Initiative, and is currently in Leadership Medina County’s LEAD (Leadership Exploration And Development) Institute program which is designed for those looking for professional development training and to further develop their leadership skills. She is the Vice President of Sister Circle Medina, Inc.
